Decided to try Chef Life after driving by several times. Had higher expectations with ‘Chef’ in the name. I had the Cuban and fries as my side. First time I’ve had a sandwich cut this way. Not quite in half. It was one half with bread on the top and bottom and one upside down open face (close face?). Seems like it was a panini press but the meat was lukewarm. Fries looked like they would have good potential but were cold and limp. Wife got a beef cheesesteak with cheddar. The cheese can be best described as “Cheese wiz “. Her fries were the same and to her the best part Got a flight of beer which the sign says “choice of 4”. Except it’s not. Can’t choose ones in a can which the paper menu doesn’t say which are cans. Great place to let your kids run around on a Saturday afternoon; just my observation, I don’t kids of that age. They have a sign that states 20% gratuity is added to take care of their team. No problem with that. However the only service you receive is from the person taking your order at the bar. You pick up your own food. You are expected bus your own table. And the final kicker is when you pay your bill it doesn’t list the 20% as a gratuity, just other charges

Great place for families, couples, alone, you name it! Great selection of beers made in house, seltzers, liquors, etc. A great variety of pub foods to choose from and games galore! Darts, duck pin bowling, shuffle board, air hockey, pinball machines, claw machines, video games, board games, you name it!!!

Great atmosphere geat food great service!! Mr. Rob and Chef Kenny have done it again with this one!! I had the oxtail tacos, and the brisket, tacos. I cant wait to go back and try the bowling and darts! It was also a reggae group there tonight.

This was our second time here. The first time we came just for drinks, and the bartenders were very friendly and gave excellent recommendations. We returned with friends for Restaurant Week and again enjoyed the bartenders and the overall vibe, but the food experience was mixed. We waited about 30 minutes to order and another 30 minutes for our food, and the restaurant seemed understaffed for how busy it was. The wagyu bistro sweet, smash burger, Caesar salad, and pretzel bites were good. The brownie and blondie had nice flavor but were a bit too hard. My husband and I ordered the smash burger, brisket tacos, and the death by chocolate cupcake. Unfortunately, the brisket tacos were soggy and inedible. We did not bring this to the staff’s attention because of the long wait and how crowded it was. There was also some confusion with the cupcake of the day. One of our friends was told they were sold out, but when my husband went up to order shortly after, it was suddenly available. One of my friends’ pretzel bites were hot and delicious, but mine were cool to the touch. We will come back but order different food.

A group of 8 (2 family's, 5 kids) stopped in just after opening on New Year's Day. Initially we were the only ones on the place, but it slowly got busy. We had a groupon for the duckpin bowling and some food credit, and it turned out to be a great deal. We all loved the duckpin bowling, even the 5 yr old could participate. The food was really good, and they had a nice selection of beers, their own liquor cocktails and wine. There's a stage for music, and it has a very lively and eclectic atmosphere. The one bartender was hustling and the one chef did a great job turning out all of our sandwiches. We'd definitely stop in here again.
